We want you to be happy with every tool and piece of hardware from my shop. Our 30-day return policy ensures you have time to decide. For a return to be accepted, your item must be in its new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging, and your original receipt.
To begin your return, please contact us with the product details and your reason. We will then authorize the return and provide guidance. Please check your order as soon as it arrives; if there are any issues with damage, defects, or incorrect items, let us know promptly. Please be aware that some items, like calibrated equipment or safety wear, along with personalized items, are exempt from returns. Sale items are also non-returnable. For exchanges, we suggest returning the item you have and making a fresh purchase for the desired item once your return is approved.
